We are fully resourced with human capital, state-of-the-art equipment, and the best software on the market. This allows us to produce high-quality work at a fraction of the cost and help you focus on growing your business while we handle the creative and marketing side.

The packages cover a spectrum of creative needs including, graphic design, video production (including podcasting and social media ), content creation, copywriting, community management, HTML newsletters, ideation, digital and media monitoring, event support, public relations, and overall marketing support to your organization. Additionally, clients can add-on SEO and Website management. 

Each month, our content producers create copy, content ideas and scripts, our video producer spends a full day shooting content (e.g., podcasts, thought leadership, or interviews), and our art team creates graphics & visuals; all these for daily posts. By the 22nd of each month, our account executive submits the content to your brand manager for review. You have 5 days to request changes or approve. Once finalized, we handle posting and community management as per the agreed schedule.

In addition to the creative that is created for social media and newsletters, we provide you with custom requests for graphic design, video production, copywriting, and other types of creative support. Custom creative requests are managed through live request management with one live request at a time, turnaround times typically range from 3-5 days with 3 rounds of revisions. The account executive advises on specifics during the process.

The retainers are structured as 12-month contracts to ensure consistent support and strategic alignment. Month-to-month options are available with the condition of a full calender month’s notice should you wish to cancel. 

As a client, you will be assigned a dedicated account executive to manage all your creative needs. The executive is your point of contact for all your needs. Added to the ability to connect with your account executive via mobile or email, you will have a running weekly meeting to ensure that you have full oversight of all the work that the team is working on with you.

Sometimes you may require more than the available one live request at a time that we provide. For times like these, you may request costing from your account manager to cover the additional resourcing required to assist during this time.

Yes, switching between packages is possible based on your evolving needs. Speak with your account executive to facilitate adjustments.

Although there is no available trial period, WOOSH can make a concession where a client who takes a month-to-month package, can be converted to a 12-month package after 2 months. 2 months of credit will be adjusted to the balance of a 12-month contract. 

Our event support provides you with assistance when planning events both internally and externally. This includes sourcing personnel, logistics, suppliers and quotes by our team for your approval.
